Trainee Mixologist

As a part of the Strata team, your role will be to provide excellent bar service to customers that is of a consistently high standard. You will be involved in promoting sales, and adhering to licensing legislation. You will also be responsible for ensuring that bars standards with regards to cleanliness are maintained. As part of a team, it is important that you enjoy working with others in this fun environment. You will be given a comprehensive induction to this role and continuous development, with excellent career path opportunities.
